Moving Forward

After 18 months of delayed and virtual meetings, many organizations and individuals are ready to return to in-person events.  As we all move forward, we are also looking at how we make meetings and events safe for all attendees, support staff, and crew.

MPI recently published a white paper written by Ohio State University regarding safe meeting strategies.  The White Paper outlines the most impactful protocols that allow for safe meetings.  Many of the strategies have been in place with event venues and event management over the last year.

All of us at TRG are dedicated to keeping meetings safe and effective for every attendee.  From pre-event testing for crew members, to masks, hand sanitizer and distancing between crew members and attendees.

TRG has always created custom room diagrams for every event.  We will work with you to optimize your space to allow for appropriate amounts of social distancing within the meeting space.

Traffic flow outside of meetings rooms can also be addressed to help with distancing and TRG is here to help navigate that process as well.

One thing we have learned over the last 18 months, however, is that there will always be a portion of the audience that will need to attend virtually, for any number of reasons, from family commitments to health and well being. TRG can also help develop a streaming element to your event to include attendees who are unable to travel and attend in-person.

Whether you are planning in-person, virtual or hybrid, let TRG help you be the hero of your next corporate event.
