It’s been a busy start to the first quarter of 2024 for the TRG team, with no signs of slowing down! In late January, the team traveled to our nation’s capital, Washington, DC, for the Ivy Rehab Director’s Summit.
TRG was excited to help our new client create an awesome experience for their 650 attendees, including General Session, Break Outs, and an Awards Ceremony and reception. Their final day started with a group photo – and thanks to photographer Nathan Armes, assisted by Zach Aumen, we were able to get EVERY SINGLE ATTENDEE IN ONE PHOTO! No small feat!
Following their group picture, the attendees collaborated with Impact4Good to build care kits for homeless veterans in the DC area. It was a proud moment for the attendees, and a heartwarming one for the TRG team!
We were thrilled when Ivy Rehab CEO, Michael Rucker, recognized the TRG team from the main-stage: “These are the folks who are making sure that this meeting goes off the way we want it to… That team, I would say, are the best in the business.”
Immediately following our trip to DC, TRG traveled to Dallas to assist our client Radiology Partners with a small executive team meeting. Even though there were only 75 attendees at this small meeting, TRG always focuses on making each event meaningful and impactful to the attendees.
After a couple of short weeks back home, Team TRG then traveled to New Orleans, LA for the ASDIN Scientific Meeting. In addition to various breakout sessions to kick off the event, their General Session consisted of over 90 presentations in two days! The presenters had six – eight minutes to showcase their knowledge in a specific medical topic. To celebrate their 20th Anniversary, the sessions were assigned catchy names like “Cut, Suture and Action”, “Clash of the Titans” and “The Proof is in the Pudding”. The opening session featured a 15-minute documentary highlighting the history of ASDIN over the past 20 years and we ended day one with a video recognizing Women in Nephrology. It was inspiring to hear the founders of the association and these remarkable women share their story.
The spring and early summer will see the TRG team traveling back to Washington DC, Texas, Colorado, California, Arizona, and Illinois – all before the end of June! But as busy as we are, we are always looking to help new clients be the hero of their next corporate event!
